Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they're managed in your device settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MealSwipe. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?
Open the paywall screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Open MealSwipe → account icon → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and personal data from our systems. You can also request deletion by email at support@getmealswipe.com.
A recipe looks wrong or unsafe — what should I do?
Recipes are AI-generated and can contain mistakes. Always verify ingredients against your allergies and cook food to safe temperatures. If you spot something bad, we'd genuinely like to hear about it — send it to support@getmealswipe.com.
